The Towers at Wildwood Plaza are two office towers linked to each other, designed by I. M. Pei and completed in 1991 at 3200 Windy Hill Road in Atlanta. They are the centrepiece of Wildwood Office Park, a business park that Cousins Properties developed in partnership with IBM.

History

The two towers were designed by I. M. Pei, with his firm I. M. Pei & Partners, later Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, and completed in 1991; the firm still lists Wildwood Office Park among its projects. They stand at the centre of this business park, the result of a partnership between Cousins Properties and IBM.

In 2022 TSO, a US commercial real estate specialist, acquired the complex.

Architecture

The complex consists of two interconnected office towers, with a total of about 719,000 square feet. Their twin outline can be picked out from far away.
