History

The parsonage of Ibaraki Kasugaoka Church was rebuilt in 2010 to Tadao Ando's plans. The old parsonage was a timber house coated in mortar, looking even more like an ordinary home than the parish's first church.

The chapel (1989), the parish hall (1999) and the parsonage (2010) are all by the architect.

Visiting

The parsonage is the pastor's house and cannot be visited. Regular tours of the parish buildings are also suspended until further notice.
