Architecture

The building has 23 levels above ground and 2 below, a height of 100.55 m and 24,309.55 m2 of floor area on a 2,670.14 m2 site. The hotel interiors and the rental-housing part were designed by two other firms.

The pointed tip that crowns the building holds the chapel of the wedding hotel.
